I live in California and wanted to order a birthday bouquet locally. I choose Williams Flower & Gift because of their ratings and the beautiful variety of flowers to choose. Their website is simple to use. I finalized my order, and shortly thereafter I received a courtesy phone call regarding my order to ensure that was what I still wanted. Just prior to delivery, I was pleasantly SHOCKED. I received an email with a photo of the ACTUAL bouquet to ensure the flowers were perfect. Granted it was too late by the time read my email, it was beautiful! The recipient received it as requested, and she too gushed on the beauty of their creation. This business is so professional and personal, I will do business with them again! Thank you again Williams Flower & Gift!
I called and received a very knowledgeable employee who was able to share the challenge of my customized order ( required ordering a special vase to accommodate 53 roses), gave an accurate timeframe for delivery of the vase and reasonable cost. The flowers were delivered to the doorstep on the date requested. They were gorgeous and shared the sentiments we desired to share with our loved one. Thank you Williams Flower and Gift for creating a beautiful customized floral arrangement to honor such a special occasion. flowers were a birthday gift from a good friend. I thought I would use the bouquet for Thanksgiving since it was a few days away. Arranging my table on Tuesday the day after the flowers arrived, all of the needles on the Evergreen stems fell off and were all over my table on Tuesday. By Wednesday three roses had turned brown. I could not leave them on my table for dinner. I did not notify my friend who sent them. She would’ve been mortified with what I received. Hope she doesn’t order from this floral company again.
I was very impressed with the beautiful arrangement of flowers. Size and colour was true to the photos. And the transaction was so easy to do online from Sydney, Australia. The flower delivery was perfectly timed also. I would highly recommend Williams Flower and Gift.
I picked an out of season assortment to send and then agreed to allow Williams to modify. The arrangement that arrived was beautiful and in excess of what I had assumed. The delivery was also very conscientious as to when and where the bouquet was delivered. My Mom was blessed.
