Their ok went in with my mother's dog for an emergency. I wasn't happy with the wait time to have them just do a quick evaluation. Overall I feel like they wanted to do unnecessary testing that was really needed. She has really no idea what she was doing and couldn't explain things to us. She had no idea how to answer our questions. Then they couldn't help us and had to refer us to another vet that they said was the only one around that did this which was 3 hours away(MA) . When they have a vet that could handle his care 2 minutes up the road. Went to the other vet after finding them on our own the next day and had all out questions answered and got the help he needed. It wasn't what we wanted to hear but it helped. He will never walk again. Overall I rate them a 3
