Great local small business. They always provide beautiful, fresh flowers.
My company send flowers to friends and family on a regular basis and we have use flowering around anytime they can deliver to our recipient because their arrangements are consistently beautiful!nnMost recently, we requested a delivery and had provided the wrong address by mistake (we didn't know the recipient had moved that same week!)nnNot only do they know there clientele well enough to catch the mistake they went above and beyond on there arrangement so as to congratulate her on the new house!nnThank you Ashlee & team for being above and beyond! We are so thankful :)
I ordered a specific birthday arrangement over the phone and a different arrangement was delivered. I was to receive an email to confirm the order and never received one. When I called to state that the wrong arrangement was sent, they stated they don't always have the flowers needed. I would have been OK with this if I had received a phone call or email to problem solve something different. But never had any communication. I wouldn't have know but my friend sent me a thank you with a photo of the flowers. This is how I knew it was wrong. I ordered a bright cheerful birthday arrangement for a friend and got a thanksgiving fall type arrangement. The flowers were pretty but not what was ordered. They were quite different. There was no communication. They stated they would correct the error and send the correct arrangement. They never did nor did they comp me for the flowers as would be expected for poor service. Will not use them in the future.
You are getting better ... more flowers for the money!nnBut I'm wondering if you can cut down on the plastic used for deliveries? I got a great Orchid yesterday. I liked the presentation, but when I unwrapped it, I realized how much goes into the garbage. I saved all your greens for our compost, but there's 3x as much clear cellophane as compost. ...Perhpas a white floral paper might be better?
Best possible customer service experience. Can not be topped! Called late in the afternoon for an order AND delivery. They were understanding as to the short notice, willing to build from scratch for a specific event, and had it delivered before close of day, no special fees or costs.nThe receiver both called and emailed me to tell me how absolutely gorgeous the arrangement was. Whenever I need flowers on Bainbridge, Flowers Around will be the first and only florist I call.
