Always helpful and friendly especially during the pandemic.
There needs to be a reevaluation of the waiting in the car plan right now. I understand its purpose and appreciate the effort to keep everyone safe, but please consider scheduling limited appointments each day or increasing staff in order to avoid ridiculously long waits. I waited for 2 hours in the car for my dog to get her vaccines after already being there the previous week. The first time being there was an hour and a half sitting in my car, so this seems par for the course unfortunately. Previous to Covid, even with an appointment I would have to wait for at least an hour to see a doctor. If you cannot get people in and out the door in a reasonable amount of time, then I think it is time to look to see what can be done to improve this issue. I love my dog, but I also love not waiting in a car or vet office for a chunk of my day. We will be looking to move to a smaller vet because this place seems to have become too high volume and not efficient in servicing its clients. Continue to love the pets, but respect the owners too please.
The staff was very thorough in explaining the procedure and care needs of my dog before and after his neuter. The doctor called me to notify me himself as to how the procedure itself had gone. I could tell that the staff is very caring and took very good care of my dog.
Vets are always super friendly and services is fast. Took are dog in with a bad leg got a diagnosis and what to expect, with choice with surgery or no surgery. Rare that surgery is not a first option. Respect that they let you decide after giving you the information about what to expect from your decision.
Second time attending this clinic. Staff is friendly and helpful. No issues thus far. My only problem is the terrible wait times. You can’t make appointments, you check in through phone and wait. Been waiting for 2 hours and they just called my puppy in. It’s terrible. There has to be a better way.
