This is a horrible place dog piss all over promise you everything and give u nothing. Could not get my sisters picture on prayer card or laminate. Said ther machine broke. Today I got it done in one day. They could have also. I wish I would have taken my sister out of there. Disgraceful.

The staff here are very nice and compassionate. The place is in need of repairs in the basement area and a few other areas. The parking is too small for the amount of rooms they have for the funeral services. We were the only ones in the whole place and it felt overcrowded.

It’s bad enough when you lose a member of your family. It’s even worse when the funeral home you chose makes it even worse!nThe family has been doing business with Cuneo-Columbian Funeral Home in Franklin Park for numerous years and this was one of the worst experiences.nIt all started on the day she passed away. The funeral home was notified and arrangements were made for them to come to the hospital and pick up her body. They told us someone would be there there within the hour. Not sure what they were doing, but nobody showed up! After making another phone call, we were told again that someone would be there within the hour. These arrangements were made with the owner, Gina Lewis. An appointment was made for Monday at 1:00 for setting up the funeral arrangements. When the family showed up at 1:00 the only one there was the maintenance man. He stated he knew nothing about it. He went to the office and made a phone call and we were told our appointment was for 1:30. Well, Mrs. Lewis finally showed up at 1:40. Arrangements were made to have the obituary put in the Chicago Sun Times. Mrs. Lewis told us she still had an hour and a half to call it in so it would be in Tuesday’s paper. As of Wednesday, the day of the funeral, the obituary still has not appeared in the paper. A springtime floral arrangement was ordered with different color roses. There was supposed to be one red rose. The arrangement was made without the red rose. The memorial cards were supposed to be laminated and have her picture on it. They did not! The excuse was given that they did not have the laminating supplies. Mrs. Lewis stated that she would provide drinks and snacks on the day of the funeral. That never happened! Next time you need the services of a funeral home, please think twice before going to Cuneo-Columbian in Franklin Park!
