I was starting to get worried as the shop closed at 5 pm and my order was not here. But, just when I thought it wasn’t going to come the delivery driver called a notified me he was just running late ( to be expected on Valentine’s Day). The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because when I called nobody answered at the shop. There was no warning that my delivery would be late, or that their driver was even going to be making a delivery late. Other than that, my flowers were truly good looking and I would recommend others to go through this shop as well!
If it were possible - I would have given a zero star!!! After a lengthy ordering process - a specific request was made to have delivery that same day. The order was placed around 1pm and well, the next day at 10am - I called to check on the receipt that never arrived. Come to find out - the order hasn't even been processed and the arrangement hasn't even been started. This was to be delivered to a patient at Children's Hospital. Really piss poor service. Would not recommend this florist despite the hospital giving them rave reviews. Can we all say SUCK!!!!
We did have a few little hiccups but in the end the owner takes care of his customers!!!... and so does his employees they went above and beyond to make it right!!!... the owner personally called me, to insure me that things would be taken care of and made right!! and he definitely held to his word!! I will definitely be using them for my further florist needs!!
I ordered a centerpiece for Christmas for myself while I was placing orders for others on the Teleflora site. When the piece arrived on 12/21, it was absolutely gorgeous. It’s exactly what I wanted. The delivery was pretty late in the day, but it was worth it. The arrangement is almost exactly like the Teleflora image. Thank you!
