I do not live in Texas but wanted to support local. I called and spoke to a very friendly person who took great care of me and made a gorgeous arrangement with my budget for my friends birthday. I let her be creative as I had that feeling she would make something special. The extra customer service she gave by sending me a photo was over the top and my friend Patti loved it. She has now gained two new customers. Thank you!!

Geraldo the delivery guy was really sweet and professional, he delivered such beautiful flowers. I defiantly recommend this place for everyone’s flower delivery needs.

I was nervous as I have never ordered flowers locally in odessa. I went through many websites, some expensive and some looked very cheap. Ultimately I thought this was the one. The order process was easy, I did everything online and you can leave a tip for the delivery driver. The order did arrive a day early, HOWEVER it snowed a bit on the day it was delivered and the next day was supposed to be worst so I imagine the weather pushed the delivery date. Either way, the lady who delivered it was awesome. She knocked several times in the freezing cold, until my girlfriend ran downstairs to finally answer the door lol but the flowers came out AMAZING. My girlfriend loves tulips and they were the only place I could find with a nice tulip set and they came out AWESOME. I will definitely be ordering through here again, and if it's your first time try these guys out they did amazing.

Let me start with saying 2021 was obviously a horrible & cold valentine's day. I almost didn't post due to that, but my experience was before the weather got really bad. My husband came home from work on Thursday, Feb 11 and asked if I got flowers. We planned a long vday weekend, so he wanted them delivered early. Ok, no big deal, he tried calling Friday but nobody answered & the voicemail was full or he couldn't leave a message. By Saturday, Feb 13th, he was starting to really worry. He called several times with no answer, it had started snowing, and the roads were starting to get bad. Late Saturday afternoon, someone finally answered & said they would have to call him back because they couldn't find the order. At this point, he was really getting frustrated & didn't want me to think he had forgotten. Someone did call him back & said it was out for delivery. About an hour later, they were delivered. They were ok. They were not what I would consider florist quality. They looked quickly thrown together & the balloon was already droopy. It was a nice gift. I want impressed, but appreciated getting something, especially considering the weather. However, it was $140 for a forgotten/ lost order that was late, it was at best grocery store quality & the arrangement I got did not even match the picture of what he ordered. The flowers started drooping just 2 days later. We'll use someone else from now on.

I WAS LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO SEND MY AUNT AN ARRANGMEMT I WAS SKEPTICAL BECAUSE I AM FROM EL PASO AND COULD NOT REALLY KNOW IF I WOULD GET WHAT I WAS ASKING FOR BUT OH BOY I FOUND MORE THAN WHAT I WANTED , I AM MESMERIZED OF WHAT AN AMAZING JOB THEY DID FOR ME , THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND ON WHAT I WAS ASKING FOR , THEY DID WAY EXTRA WITHOUT ME EVEN ASKING AND MADE MY AUNTS ARRAGMENT MEGA SUPER SPECIAL , THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN !!! SUPER RECOMENDED
