I brought my dog here for a teeth cleaning and extraction. Melanie and Caleb did a great job! The service was great and I was being updated every step of the way. My dog showed no discomfort and was ready to get back to playing as normal. Definitely recommend for great service and reasonable prices :)

Dr. Melanie and her staff are great! I took my baby in for surgery and his yearly check up and the staff and vet kept in touch with me every step of the way. Great customer service, awesome bedside manner and reasonable pricing. I’m one happy pet mom.

You take care of our dog Cupcake and her boarding since we moved in the area about 8 years ago. Before that I had never seen her excited to go in to the vet. All your staff is friendly and caring. You always know who she is, always follow up with calls to check on her. Even the one time an accident happened as she was under your care, you went above and beyond to make sure she would be fine. And I was confident you would do your best for her.nWhat I can say is that I can tell the staff truly care about the animals, and the doctors are dedicated and experienced.. This combination inspires confidence in me.

I took my dog here to get an infected wound taken care of and an abscess drained - the overall booking and getting her in was easy but the follow-up and lack of care instructions was super poor.nnI didn't receive the cone they charged me for, as well as no additional care instructions on how to take care of my dog's open wound, and in the follow-up the tech completely cut me off before I was able to ask any additional questions.nnI will likely never bring my dog here again. I understand to them, that this is something they do on a daily basis, but please understand that it's not everyday people bring their dogs in to get this type of procedure.

Our big 80 lb lab puppy Bella spent 4 nights at the Parmer Lane Pet Hospital for kennel boarding while we were out of town. The staff clearly loved her & she wasn’t as grumpy as usual coming home to us. We really appreciate having a great kennel for boarding that doesn’t use open animal space when we just don’t want to have anything accidentally happen with another pet while we are away. Our huge thanks to their whole team!!!
