I have been going to this vet clinic for about 2 years now. I took my first dog here, and everytime I tired to get things done with my dog, it always went wrong. I also would come once a month to get a heartwarming and flea pill and it would always be on hold for ever. Then I got a new puppy and I know he needs some shots so I called and set something up and I showed up to my appointment and they said I didn't have one. And with the whole covid rules we had to call before entering and she said she was putting us on a hold and hung up on us.
Have brought my pet in multiple times for the same issue. Banfield was never able to diagnose the problem, just kept recommending ever more expensive tests despite the fact that all previous test results had yielded no useful information. Took our dog to a different vet and they were not only able to diagnose him right away but also treated him that afternoon. Banfields quality seems to have stopped dramatically in the last year, we won't be returning.
I have had my pets on Banfield plans their whole lives in multiple states and I love that about company. My experience at this location was nothing short of a nightmare between them hurting my dog and then being being bullied by the service manager, Alyssa. Everything was an argument and there were hidden fees as the other reviews state. They are terrible with the phones. Never have I had a terrible experience with this company until Cypress Creek. I’d recommend a different location.
I canceled my membership after the lousy service! But they kept on billing me. I had to cancel my credit card for them to stop and they won’t! They called me threatening me with collections. Absolutely scumbags and completely dishonest. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
I was outside of this facility to pick up my dog's medication and I was on hold for over 40 minutes, someone answered the phone twice and said that I was transferred to their extension by mistake and they could not help me. At the end after calling several times and being on hold for over 40 minutes outside I decided to go home without the medication. It has happened to me and my wife twice, at first, I thought it was a one off situation but seems like it is their normal way of doing business. So, unless you are fine waiting for over 40 minutes outside to be helped do not go to this place.
