They move quickly while obviously still caring and paid close attention to my 2 dogs. I have used them in the past for minor emergencies and they are always courteous, professional and informative.nThey were able to see me as a walk in to see my dog post op from another facility. It is obvious they all have pets of their own and I feel treat you the way they would want to be treated if they were bringing their pet to the vet.nWonderful people ad professional care.
It is difficult to single out one team member to recognize because literally everyone there is fantastic!! Regardless of the trip being for routine visits, emergencies, or the sad days when a loved pet ends their journey, the doctors and staff are all loving, kind, patient, caring, compassionate, and extremely qualified- my only complaint is the distance I live from the clinic!! I 100% recommend Graef Veterinary Hospital to everyone I know for veterinary care, each member of the team treats the animals with love and respect as if it were their own. You guys are the best and I am so thankful to have you caring for my crew!
They are amazing. Even when the parking lot is full, they still make me feel like I am the only customer and my dog is there only patient. The phones are very busy, but they are worth the wait.The customer service is above and beyond. I got there really late one evening, and they were able to accommodate me, even though they had to stay in just a bit late. They were still very pleasant
I’ve been taking my dogs here and my parents bring their dogs here as well for multiple years now and i have always had a great experience. They are much cheaper than other places but the quality of care doesn’t drop. I know i can trust their opinions and trust that they’re doing what’s best for my pets. Highly recommend!
My Birdie is more than 14 years. I needed a vet that was caring and responsive to her needs, not a week or two from now, but today or soon. I got that and a viable diagnosis that, I believe, was needed. We are dealing with her allergies in a much better way. Thank you. This is the place for my animals!
