Dr Ball and his girls are so wonderful! They have become like family. They are always there when an emergency arises and with very affordable prices! As a family with almost a dozen fur babies the price matters a great deal. Prices are affordable but you definitely don't forfeit the quality of service you get.
They called me to tell me that a lady brought in a found dog and they checked her for a microchip and she was chipped to me....but then said they let the lady keep her and we could not have her back!!!!! They refused to tell us who kept the dog because they were 'protecting' the identity of the thief!!! Had to get police involved and were required to pay for a lawyer before they would release the thief info. They actually advised the thief to pay for new shots so that meant she was now the 'new' owner!! Facilitating theft of animals!!! Pray your lost or stolen animals do not end up here!!
They did a great job...girls in front are always so friendly and Dr Ball got my horses well ...thanks so much!!
All our pets love Dr Ball & his staff! Everyone is very friendly & they take such great care of our pets. Dr Ball is very knowledgeable & has been very kind in the times we've had a loss. We really appreciate that he sees farm animals, too. He's as great with our goats as he is with our cats!
Great staff that are super nice, seen in timely manner for appts. Have recommended them to friends and family!
