Dr. Terry and his staff were great. He work super fast and was clearly very knowledgeable diagnosed my cat within minutes of looking at him. Gave him a quick antibiotics shot and was able to send us on our way. In and out very quickly much appreciated. Thank you!

From the moment I walked in, I just didn’t feel welcome. The girl at the front seemed to be having a personal conversation with another customer, which is fine. However, I’ve been in customer service for many years and a “hi, we will be right with you” goes a long way. My pup was there to get her first round of pup shots. When I was done, the same lady took my payment and was kinda snobby about it. After payment, there was no “have a great day” or anything. I try to be courteous even when people aren’t that way towards me, but I’ve decided to look for another vet. Turns out my pup is sick, so I’ve been taking her to Glen Rose Vet Clinic, and it’s been an awesome experience.
