The staff was really great absolutely love the veterinarian. They do walk-ins so you just call when you arrive, wait safely in your vehicle or outside and they call you when its your turn. Do not forget your masks. They didn't rush us in and out the door took time to answer our questions was great with our animals and really made a great impression all around. Highly recommended.
Recently moved to Livingston and needed to get my lab to the vet, no appointments needed is great! Tho a bit of a wait. Arena came highly recommended by a few people and is AMAZING! Great with my senior lab. Id been struggling with her ears for two years. He treated them once and its been almost a month without issue. He also took he time to show me a more effective way to clean her ears. We went in for her hips originally but he covered everything (saving me a second trip)nOther staff seemed pleasant.nCost of just the appointment a lot cheaper than my previous vet but average cost for tests and meds.
Nice and friendly people, the vet is very professional and takes time to talk to the animal to keep him relaxed. This is my dogs vet from now on. Also very reasonable
I absolutely LOVE these vets. They have one really rude front desk lady who is snarky and snaps at you like you are wasting her time EVERY SINGLE TIME and I won't go on the days she's there. So, that's super inconvenient but other than that would definitely recommend.
You have to call before going in which I understand. But being put on hold for 5 minutes is not ok. Then your allowed to go in to be standing at the desk, after I let her know what I needed, while she answered the phone twice left the front only to come back to take another call before getting what I need. The phone is important but not to the extent you ignore the person standing in front of you. 15 minutes from the time I entered I finally get the flea tablets and left.
