Working out of state in California for the past month, wanted to surprise my wife with flowers on our anniversary. Ordered online, order was processed and confirmation received. Talked to my wife later that night after shift change, flowers were not delivered, no call or email was made to either of us. Next day my wife called and was told they don’t deliver to addresses near the lake. (We don’t live near the lake) and she was also told that they had made multiple phone calls to both my wife and I. ( Lie ) Then when my wife said she didn’t want to see a charge on our account the lady told her they never charged us... sooo yea another anniversary ruined by this joke of a business.
Needed a small arrangment of flowers last minute, she put something together that was so nice and perfect for the occasion. The price was great! Outstanding service and talent! Thank You
