My daughter sent me flowers last week. They were nothing like she ordered. They were about a quarter of the size of the arrangement she paid for. After 5 days of complaining, they finally sent out a new arrangement. This new arrangement is a joke. There are no flowers on one side, at all. Do not order from these people. They should have made this right instead of taking the cheapest way out.

I have been ordering flowers from Petalz by Annie since they first opened. They have the absolute best customer service..by far...of any other place around and they make the most beautiful arrangements.
