Their collaboration with Bed Bath and Biscuit make scheduling office visits very convenient. I truly appreciate Dr. Thompson and her staff explaining results and treatment plans without using my pets well-being as a tool to run / bill for expensive blood work. Thank you, North Pines!
This was my first visit to North Pines. From my initial interaction with Mia when I made the appointment, to confirming and then meeting Dr. Christensen, everyone was helpful, professional and interested in making sure that I and more importantly, my complicated terrier, were taken care of. I'm so happy to find a great clinic with caring individuals where I know my pets' care mean as much to them as it does to me. Thank you to everyone for making my first visit to North Pines one of many more to come.
My baily had gotten very sick and from the very beginning of the day the staff was very helpful keeping us informed and very helpful with options, in the end however we had to put her to rest and with the amount of family wanting to say good bye they actually were accommodating they brought her outside were we had our last tearfully bitter sweet good bye with our fur baby. The staff was amazing very sweet and understanding our baily spent her remaining time in great hands.
Poor customer service, they iven didn’t try to help us , they didn’t want to listen
