The staff here is absolutely phenomenal! The are always friendly and smiling. The wait is generally not too bad at all. They are also very affordable. They are very hands on and knowledgeable. Our dogs love going in.nThey also have a special way of handling the passing of our pets with such sympathy and understanding. They are tender and caring as if they are family in those times and we are so grateful for them.
Great people been taking care of my animals for over 20 years. Took my senior cat to get her nails cut the other day and have my male kitten fixed. She is also blind and she's not afraid of the vet or vet techs. Very gentle with her and all my pets. Dogs,cats and my other small pets! I think the service is great and they are always there if I have an emergency.
I had an emergency with my cat having seizures. As soon as I got in the door I had immediate help. They kept me up to date on everything they were doing or needed to be done. They really care for there patients as well as the owners of them. Everyone is wonderful and a blessing to me as I was going through this heart breaking time. Unfortunately my baby didn't make it, his little body couldn't take know more. I recommend this vet highly. I will not go anywhere else. God bless all that work here and the lives they touch with there compassion for the work they do.
We've been going to the Alvarado Veterinary Clinic since 2014. They're knowledgeable and compassionate people who genuinely care for animals. When my dog was bitten by a copperhead in the middle of the night, one of the veterinarians met me at the clinic door after hours without a single hesitation. When we had to put our cat down unexpectedly, the veterinarian administering the medication cried right alongside us. And when my other dog was attacked by a pit bull in the dog park, they let me walk in just after closing time so I wouldn't have to go to an animal ER. The people there are kind, honest, and understanding. I think the vet costs there are reasonable, too - definitely less than other vet clinics in the surrounding communities. The only downside is their limited parking. They could sure use a redo on their parking lot. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!
Got my goat right in and they attempted to save her babies and her. I was very pleased with the care and honesty with my options on what to do with my doe ud83dudc10. It made my final decision much easier to have information on whether to do the procedure and what the chance of survival would be. The more information was important she started our herd and was like family being taken care of by friends.
