I am so thankful for Mercy. My dog Otis loves all his health care givers. He was a stray 33 pound white German Shepard. Through the help of the great people at Mercy he now has all his fur back, is a good weight and he is healthy and happy. I have nothing but great things to say about them. They took great care of me. The manager there answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything that was going on. The vet was amazing and made sure that Otis had everything that he needed to live his healthiest life. Thank you Mercy. You all are amazing.

I am a first time client at their establishment, I have no complaints about the service my Cat received by the Vet Tech and the Veterinarian; however, one of the staff members had said something absolutely demeaning about my cat’s name. I thought this place would have had held their standards judging by the reviews I’ve read on yelp and google, but I was surprised and angry about what I have overheard from the staff. I am certainly not happy in that aspect at all; this practice did not give me a good first impression.

My rescue dog was a patient for over a year. As the only affordable option in this area of Houston, I really wanted this to be our permanent vet home. However, after multiple unprofessional and unreliable instances I am finally switching. Unreliable: if you call for a situation that needs to be seen in the next 1-3 days, they are completely unable to make this happen. Only available options are in 2 weeks. Unprofessional: staff will perform procedures and exams on pet without disclosing any cost to you. Staff does not take the time to thoroughly examine your pet. The worst unprofessional incident occurred when a vet tech told me the cost of my visit and asked for my card without showing me any breakdown of pricing whatsoever. I asked to see the price breakdown first. Staff member proceeded to go into employee area and speak very negatively and unprofessionally and I could hear everything. I absolutely love the idea behind Mercy Pet, but the reduced cost is not worth the subpar care and treatment.

Mercy Pet Clinic was AWESOME! I have a 2 yr old cat, Jellybean, who can be really difficult at the vet. This cat will run, bite, scratch, hiss, and do the absolute most at the vet but she just one of those cats, God himself probably can’t even fix that ud83eudd37ud83cudffe‍♀ufe0f but snatch my wig, Dr. Woods and Liz were so great with handling Jellybean and she didn’t give them too much trouble. They were really sweet to Jellybean, and very helpful with discussing her issues. This was our first visit, and we’ll definitely be back!

Very thankful for Mercy Pet Clinic located by the Chase bank. They have been personable and helpful with my pets. I recommend Dr. Ashley Woods and the team highly.
