I came here after work to buy “get well soon” flowers for a friend because the store is on the way to her house. It’s in Rice Village so parking is a challenge. The employees were very nice and helpful especially the lady (gosh I don’t remember her name). They have a huge variety of flowers. There are some arrangements that are ready for purchase but looks like you can customize an order. The lady also personally put the flowers that I bought in my car and secured it with the seat belt. I appreciated that since I wouldn’t have thought of doing that and it made the trip much safer for the flowers. Will definitely be back!
Was in there Saturday had just taken husband for second shot. Seen these twirling things out front had to get some for my mom. Awesome pei working there over the top nice place was outstanding. Told my mom was fixing to be 100 and we proceed to talk. Gave me some beautiful yellow roses for her , the kindness made me cry. Something so simple just touched my heart. A big thank you to all of you. Wish lived over close would be buying stuff all the time .
So the first picture is what I ordered online. The last 2 pictures is what I received. I truly understand that its not fully bloomed but the expectation VS. reality is tragic. I spent $81 including delivery on this bouquet when in reality it looks like I picked it up at Kroger for $30. I personally wont be ordering from this establishment again or be recommending them to ANYONE.

1 star only because I had to select to review. Order I paid for online was nothing like what was actually delivered. When I called Moreen she said well it does say on our website that we will substitute... even asked why couldn’t I have been notified so I could at least pick something else or see other options... she said nothing but referred back to website- not even an apology . Very unprofessional, poor communication and service. Extremely disappointed.
