The vet and staff are wonderful with our pets. They do not try to push you to get services that aren't currently necessary.
My 14 yr old mini schnauzer had been having some kidney ssues that progressively got worse and worse. I woke up Tuesday morning, last week and knew it was time. My buddy hadn't been the same in quite a while and I felt horrible that I couldn't do anything for him. I was a Banflield client at another location that closed. My normal vet was in the process of transitioning into this practice but hadn't yet started. I had to make the hardest decision one could make and thank god Dr. Gray and his staff were there to help my wife and I through the process. I have had pets all my life and wish I would've encountered a Dr. Gray from the start. He was what every pet owner wants from a Veterinarian. He is absolutely the best. He treated us like family. He was so kind and you could tell how genuine he was. He knew we were hurting and was able to make everything better. We knew we could trust him immediately. I'll never go anywhere else for my pets needs. Thank you Dr Gray and your super staff for everything you did for me, my wife and most importantly...our beloved Giant.

If Dr. Gray was still there this would be 5 starsnI keep being told that Dr. Gray is semi-retired, he is still around, just unfortunately not at this location anymore. I wish I knew where he was going to be practicing. We found him years ago when living in Lewisville and even after living in Denton for 11 years still drove the extra few miles for him to care for our dogs. I am very disappointed that his long time customers (almost 20 years) were not notified that he was leaving. I was a little worried when his practice was sold to Banfield. It hasn't been the same since, but I still continued to drive from Denton because of Dr. Gray and would continue to drive wherever is necessary to have him care for my dog. Dr. Gray, if you are still practicing, please find a way to let your customers know where to find you.
