Came in for an emergency after my dog was attacked by a bigger dog. This location took him immediately and they were very quick to treat him.nnGreat communication, attentiveness, and care from the vet and all nurses.nnI had to upgrade my insurance plan from 45$/mo to $65/mo, but that also lowered the treatment costs for this visit from ~$550 to ~$155. Well worth it & highly recommend this location!

Staff is super friendly, kind, patient, and informative. My dog loves coming here, and even gets excited when we pull up to it! They really care about your pet, so you feel good about leaving them in good hands.

I’m not one to typically write bad reviews for businesses because I understand that things happen and everyone has bad days, but after today I feel like I need to write a review. My kitten had an appointment at 11 o’clock for his last round of the FVRCP vaccination as well as his rabies vaccine. I’ve had many animals (both dogs and cats) go and get vaccinations, the appointment usually takes 15-20 minutes tops for them to examine the pet and do two shots. I’ve even been to my regular vet and the emergency vet during COVID times and it took an extra maybe 10-15 minutes longer than usual. Well at drop off I was informed that it would be up to 3 hours until he was done. I was so shocked that I didn’t really say anything at that time other than we don’t live locally(and bussed there) so as quickly as possible. I called to check in at 1230 because we were just waiting in the area and I wanted to get an idea of how much longer we would be waiting. The gal on the phone told me to come at 115 and he would be ready to go then. We call once we’re there at 115 to let them know who we’re there to pick up and they said he would be right out. They didn’t bring him out until 145, so we were just sitting outside waiting for 30 minutes when they said he would be ready at 115. Ontop of all of that after they brought him out to us the doctor sent someone out to tell us that his collar isn’t safe because it’s not a break away collar. He’s an indoor cat. He doesn’t wear a collar unless we’re going to the vet or he’s on a leashed walk, why would I want a break away collar that he can just pull off if those are the things we’re doing while he’s wearing a collar? The collar thing wouldn’t have bothered me so much if the experience as a whole wasn’t so horrendous. Anyway 100% would not recommend this place.

Sasha got sick on Sunday morning. Our usual vet was closed so I took her to Banfield and they took great care of her. Thank you doctor and staff
