I called in the early afternoon because my puppy had been feeling sick and they were able to get me in that day! From the phone call to the emails after my appointment, they were great! The receptionist at the door was very friendly! April was great, she explained everything thoroughly and the doctor was great as well at explaining as well as giving me some tips on what I can do. THEY ARE SUPER AFFORDABLE. I'm really thankful for them!
this is THE. PLACE. incredible staff, great prices (even if I didn’t have pet insurance I’d be ok here), and I always feel comfortable leaving my little one in their hands. she loves the vet, so that’s the best endorsement there isud83eudd37ud83cudffb♀ufe0f I’ve taken Margot here since Day 1, and she just got spayed. another great perk is that they have different locations; one time we had to go to a different location of theirs because of scheduling and it was the simplest thing since they had all her paperwork on file. we love urban animal!
Very professional staff. They were amazingly friendly and knowledgeable and treated my cat well. They were able to easily diagnose her problem and the tech even took extra time to teach me how to pull my cat.nI will definitely be taking my cat here for her checkups from now on!
Urban Animal is amazing! White Center got me a last minute appointment with their Capitol hill office and they took such good care of my sick puppy! Cleared her blockage and saved me so much money, not having to go to urgent care. Everyone was so kind and professional, I can't recommend them enough, do not hesitate, make them your vet!
Urban Animal is one of the best vets I have ever worked with. They saved the life of one of my adult male cats and did a perfect 'human quality' surgery on my kitten. They have great service, thier prices are reasonable and they treat my animals with the empathy and respect I would expect of a quality animal centered vet.
