New to cat care, called qaac because of concerns. Jordan took excellent notes over the phone. Dr. Salt and her team were friendly and efficient. Dr. Salt provided me with a detailed explanation of what was to be done, why, and then she provided a diagnosis and plan. Really impressed with the level of detail and care. Felt very confident and ultimately felt relief knowing everything is ok. Highly recommend them!
Dr Balas and staff (plus Kay!) are amazing. I had a really poor experience with a previous vet in lake union and wasn’t sure what to do. A neighbor recommended here and my experience was completely opposite of what I had been dealing with previously. QAAC is organized, great at following up, and even went the extra mile to provide instruction and explain options. They even have an online portal you can pay through! Yes, it’s probably a little bit more expensive but definitely worth it. Thank you for taking care of my pup!

My dogs attended their 1st Seattle Vetinary appointment last Friday during the Covid experience. Unfortunately, I could not accompany my dogs in but they seemed to have had a pleasant experience. While my dogs were being seen the doctor contacted me and gave me a detailed report on each dog. He also made sure I understand his diagnosis and welcomed any questions. When leaving the appointment, I felt well informed and learned about some new treatments to consider. Thank you for making my experience at Queen Anne Animal Clinic comfortable, pleasant, and informative.
Pup loved it there. Had to schedule a last minute appointment and they made it work!
