Love bringing my kitties here!! Reasonable pricing and knowledgeable staff. Both of my cats were very relaxed in this environment. The wait time was also very short which is a bonus. Thank you for caring for my babies!!
I'm so grateful to the staff at Urban Animal for treating me and my cat with dignity and compassion. Today was a very hard day, I know I made the right decision, and everyone at Urban Animal helped me make it. I know that when I'm ready to welcome a new furry friend into my home, I'll be taking them right to Urban Animal's warm and friendly people to get the care that they need.
After the umpteenth time I’ve called worrying over my cat, I have to post a review. Every single time Urban Animal has been so kind and understanding and given me advice. They are accommodating and you can see how much they care for your pets. Appointments are not hard to get and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.
My experience at Urban Animal Downtown was one of the best I've had for my kitty. They promptly checked us in and had proper COVID precautionary measures in place. The vet assistant was super friendly and explained what the visit would entail before bringing my cat into the office. We only had to wait about 20 minutes before the vet called us and gave a diagnosis and treatment plan. She was very thorough and made sure we understood the process and asked if we had any other questions. The prices are also extremely reasonable, especially for those with lower incomes. I HIGHLY recommend bringing your pet to Urban Animal!
Friendly, professional staff. They were able to see our recently adopted senior cat on short notice which was greatly appreciated and put our minds at ease. Very personable and willing to take the time to get to know us, our pet, and take time to offer advice. I think the visit helped a great deal! Also - they take COVID very seriously and their protocols effectively minimize contact.
