Since their review system won't let me reply, i'll just post it here:nnMe: Flowers were poor quality, expected more for $100nnThem: You paid $85, the cold outside and heat from vents hurt the qualitynnMe: I paid $108.77 with delivery and tax. Thanks for arguing over price instead of addressing the issue. Bottom line is poor quality of flowers and not worth the money.

I called on a Saturday morning, gave them the amount I wanted to spend, and asked them to make a pretty get well arrangement with freshiest flowers available. They did, and delivered that day. I received a picture and copy of my receipt via text. Excellent!
