I don't leave reviews often but they are just so amazing. They literally went above and beyond for our bearded dragon.. Very knowledgeable about reptiles, I'm so thankful for bringing her there. Best reptile vet in the area hands down, thank you for everything.
This veterinary clinic claims to see exotic animals; however, I was incredibly disappointed with my visit. When errors in reptile husbandry account for the vast majority of their medical issues, you should be thoroughly asked about your husbandry. This was not done here. I was told my bearded dragon was completely fine, when in fact he suffered from metabolic bone disease. I could have saved money and months of suffering for my beardie if I had taken him to a vet that regularly saw reptiles.
I was searching for a vet as we are new to the area. This vet office is not complying with Covid-19 safety guidelines, not one staff member that we saw was wearing any type of face mask. I noticed another reviewer had a similar experience in November. We did not stay for our appointment. If they can’t show compassion towards their fellow humans by following the recommended safety guidelines, I can’t trust them to be compassionate and thoughtful towards my dogs care.n02/25/21
First off I'd like to thank Dr.Baggs and his entire staff for they help and heartfelt sympathy. We brought my daughters guinea pig in right at closing and they did all they could for us. Sadly she didn't make it but the sympathy and compassion of Dr.Baggs and his staff was above and beyond. It was my first experience here and I can guarantee it won't be my last. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a good compassionate Veterinarian.
I was recommended to come here by another client and have been taking my pup to Dr. Baggs ever since I brought her home. Dr. Baggs and the entire staff is so sweet and makes my pup and me feel comfortable. I’m not anxious or nervous about taking her because she is in the best care there! I appreciate all the advice, tips, and tricks Dr. Baggs and the entire staff has given me to make sure my pup lives her best life.
