Dr. Laura has been great and has been very helpful with the zoo we have at home.
Terrible terrible place. We have lost two cats that were misdiagnosed by the vets (Dr. Pruet and Dr. Laura). Most recently it was our cat that was only 5 yrs old. They did an expensive ultrasound and sent her home saying her stomach was inflamed. She did not improve, but got worse. She was a sweet fluffy long haired cat, she now was only skin and bones. We returned her on their suggestion. A few hours later they said her liver was failing and keeping her alive would be very expensive! So we came to spend time with her before we were going to have to put her down. She was treated very ruff and mistreated badly especially during the putting her down process. The vet did not sedate her and then had her held down while the vet missed getting the needle into her vein twice causing the medicine to stop her heart immediately with only a very small amount in her system. It was not a peaceful event! Warning, warning do not take your pet here!!!!!
I’ve been here before and the vets are amazing, the receptionist could be more helpful and not sound so rude and in a rush. She made me feel like my pet doesn’t matter because they were about to close which I totally understand that, that was the whole point of me trying to make an appointment over the phone. Worst customer service
During the winter storm that hit here in Texas my family and I woke up to these huge bloody spots in the snow, thinking our English Mastiff/Dane mix Dax had killed something that had tried to come in the yard we went out to get whatever it was out of yard and make sure Dax was ok only to find that the blood was actually coming from him, our regular vet couldn’t respond to our call so we tried Kingdom Animal Hospital. They took Dax in immediately (he was bleeding internally) they saved his life and I will be forever grateful. Thank you so much for saving our Dax.
