So impressed with this company. They saved me after another flower shop canceled my order last minute. They were so kind on the phone, able to make a same day, last minute delivery for CHEAPER than the original company. Highly recommend!

They did an awesome job!!! I’ve ordered flowers on line before and Nan’s is the best I’ve ever dealt with. The arrangement was amazing and the person that received them loved them! I talked to them over the phone before I placed an order and the young lady I spoke with answered all my questions, was polite, and respectful. Definitely recommend!!!

Lady was very nice on the phone, put me on hold to go measure the plant so we knew how it would look and the estimated size. We called at 2 pm and visitation services started at 5 pm the same day. They made sure it would get there by the time the visitation services started. Good old fashioned Texas customer service! Keep up the good work and thanks for the help during a difficult time for a friend of mine!
