Being in a heavy customer service role myself, I have seen the concept of customer service slowly fall away for quantity over quality in the last few years. I can assure you this IS NOT the case with this amazing Florist and the fantastic group of women who run it. I ran into their shop on the day before Valentine’s Day looking for a table setting to take to a restaurant for dinner that evening. I can only imagine I presented the worst type of customer for them, crazy guy in a hurry which is not their problem and asking them to solve it. But solve it they did with amazing personalities, smiles on their faces, and all in about 5 minutes. With a couple questions they put together exactly what I was looking for and we had a great time cutting up while they worked. This was also not a standard offering for them so price was negotiable, however, when you experience such amazing service as this I didn’t care what they charged.nnWhile I don’t want to encourage everyone arrive to this fine establishment in my hurried state, I can confidently say they will take care of you in amazing fashion no matter your floral needs. The owner was so sweet to help me last minute to get the right roses for my sons’ dedication and even volunteered to bring my order to my car since I had an infant with me. The store was so inviting and the staff extremely friendly!! Will use them again!!

I needed a flower arrangement for moms birthday and searched google to find a local florist. However, most shops were closed or closing soon as it was a Saturday afternoon. To my surprise, Signature was open a bit later so I headed over to the shop. Once there, I spoke to Kinya and explained to her what I was looking for in the arrangement. She then asked what colors I wanted and she took it from there. Turned out to be the best birthday bouquet I've ever had. Long story short, mom loved the flowers and the house smells great.nnThis is a very professional shop with top notch customer service. I'll be going back for all my flower needs in the future.

Best floral bouquet I’ve ever received. At 8 days old, it still looks beautiful. All of the red roses opened completely and are not even brown on the tips. Gorgeous!!!

Kinya has been my personal florist for over 25 years. She has taken care of all my special events and has never delivered anything short of perfection. Her imagination for creation has evolved over the years as I bear witness to final product. I will continue to implement her creations to assist me in administering my emotions.
