Mikey was in a shelter for a year and a half and was pretty excited. Staff was very patient and understanding, he was handled with care. Very satisfying visit. Recommended.
Banfield has been very helpful with my dog Leo. He has been on and off sick, weather it was a bacterial infection, a simple check-in, a cancer scare, the vets and helpers(sorry don't know the proper term), were very helpful and caring. Leo has anxiety and during normal circumstances we would go in to a room together but obviously during this time its not possible. The employees here understand his anxiety and try to make him as comfortable as possible and get him out as fast as they can to reduce his stress. Definitely recommend them
Lovely people that take great care of our 4 pets! They have been super helpful in getting prescription food for our oldest dog.
I have taken my 4 legged child to banfield for over 9 years (since I had him). So I have been to number of banfield locations in the triangle, triad and Fayetteville/Aberdeen area. My baby, Jaide, is a BIG German shepherd, so I understand someone's reflex to take a step back when they see him. I feel very fortunate to have met Dr. Alberti @ Apex couple of years ago. Jaide is very much at ease with Dr. Alberti and he has always taken the time to explain and address all concerns. He has never been the one to rush you out. He is ready to get down on the floor (literally) to care for his (sometimes not so cooperative) patients. I am grateful for the the care and the professionalism he continues to show. Thank you Dr. Alberti.
