Their website made the ordering process super easy and I was able to get the flowers delivered the same day. The flowers were fresh and looked just like the picture. The money and time I spent were all worth it. This is the most exceptional flower shop! Look no further, I've found the perfect flower shop. Highly recommended!
I am so thankful for this caring florist! It was my daughters 30th birthday and I had called just at closing to see if they could create a floral arrangement and deliver the same day. She was ready to lock up, but took great care to create an artfully structured arrangement with unusual flowers just for my daughter. The delivery driver was already gone, so she walked it over to my daughter's apartment and hand delivered it. How wonderful to know that there are folks like the Flower Lady who care about their customers - out of state customers, no less! I will be ordering again and again for sure. Thank you, Flower Lady!
Residing in Europe I was slightly unsure how is it sending a flower to someone's birthday across the globe... But it went really well! Customer service was nice and answered my questions fast, and at the end the lovely orchid reached it's destination without problems. I'm really happy with this!
Love this flower shop. This place always smells nice and has a great floral design to the bouquet. Even being next to Philz, I smell flowers more than coffee.
Very disappointed. These were ordered on 10/23 per their website to be delivered on 10/25. They had called on 10/24 that they don't have delivery on 10/25 and offered a sooner delivery. We were ok with it but were very disappointed at the arrangement. No professional touch at all. When I called, the owner argued incessantly that the recipe is the same and that she had literally 5 min to put the arrangement together. She offered $10 discount, which I had declined. This whole thing with box of $10 chocolates costed us $87. Not worth it at all!! Complete rip off.
