Best customer service around-I went here looking for a plant and was showered with information. It was amazing. After I actually ordered flowers from their Columbia City location because I was so impressed. What an awesome addition to SLU! Thank you for a great experience and welcome to the neighborhood!
I bought beautiful flowers coming from this shop in the last couple of days. Thankfully, the florist was very talented, nice, and accommodating. She did a great job of arranging my flowers, and my wife truly loved it. Next time, if I need flowers, I will surely come back here. Thank you for the service. It was worth it and wonderful!
My experience with SLU Bouquet has been amazing! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I have two brown thumbs and they have assisted me in picking out low maintenance plants and sending me off with excellent care instructions. It's been 3 months an all of my plants are still alive! This is also a testament to the quality and health of their plants they sell. Emily, the owner is fantastic, she delivered my plants to my apartment and made it so easy! She is not only incredibly knowledgeable about plants but one of the nicest people you will meet. I discovered South Lake Union Bouquet is now open!! (Tues - Fri 1-3) I just popped in and bought THE best smelling candles. Such a wonderful community business to support, they are in SLU and Columbia City. Go visit!
The store has a wonderful collection of house plants and pots. The staff could be more helpful though - when I asked about plant care, she asked me to google the plant's name. The reason I would visit a store and not buy something online is to actually learn about the thing from someone. Disappointing.
What an amazing place! I was blown away by how cute the inside of the shop was. Not only did they design a beautiful flower arrangement, but I was able to pick up lots of extra gifts at the store! They also designed my flowers for my wedding, and even came on site to put them together. I would highly recommend them if your looking for a unique and beautiful arrangement!!
