This is a really great place to shop for your groceries. They have some really good prices and when they have items on sale you really can't beat the bargains. This store is also very clean and easy to move around in. The employees are really nice and helpful.
I love being able to drive up and get my groceries! The staff is always helpful and friendly! I left off 1 star because their prices can be higher on some items. Their bakery also has different cakes and such than the regular types.
Clean and well lit. Courteous, helpful employees. Fresh produce and quality meats. Great selection at prices that meet my budget.nLove the convenience and safety of ordering online and picking up without having to leave the car.
Be careful with their grocery ordering for pickup. My son did an order and his account was charged twice for the same order. He called and the manager said we only see one charge on our end even tho his account clearly shows it was charged once yesterday when he placed the order and again today when they filled the order. Now he has to drive down there to show them and prove that he was charged twice when the whole point of doing the grocery pick up was to not have to go into the store. I guess we will do ingles or Walmart pickup from now on.
Most (all?) of my reviews are sunny and happy bc if I am unhappy with a place I either complain directly to someone who can help me, or I don’t go there again. This HT was very busy, as is expected a few days before Christmas. I interacted with four different employees, and there were all pleasant and helpful. The store was well stocked and the checkout line was not at all long.
