I absolutely love this place and will definitely recommend to anyone and everyone! Had an emergency come up with our pug and was very nervous about having to take him to an emergency that due to the cost that normally come with that. However, the urgent that was so affordable and took great care of him! So refreshing to receive great care of our furry family and not feel like you have to pay an arm and a leg!
I absolutely adore the staff at UrgentVet Belmont! Everyone is so kind and gracious - they take fantastic care of every animal that enters the facility and they provide exceptional care! Sarah G has been so helpful at every visit I’ve had there! You can always trust Dr. Taylor to take great care of your pet while they’re at the Belmont location! The team here is great! I have taken my senior pitbull here several times and we have always had good experiences. The staff here are knowledgeable, compassionate, and they always make me feel like they truly care about my pet. Last time, Dr. Taylor and her assistant Sarah took care of my dog, Bella, and they were awesome. I cannot recommend them enough.
me and my boyfriend took our dog here yesterday because our dog woke up breathing funny and had low energy. They told us that they were gonna run blood work to see if he had internal bleeding and give him medication for nausea, we waited for 2 hours until we heard anything & when they were done with him they brought him to the car and sent us home with puppy food and said that if he got worse within 24 hours to take him the animal hospital they were very hesitant on telling us about the blood work and then when they did they said it was fine & nothing was detected and there was no internal bleeding then today when we called after our pup died early this morning they said that there wasn’t a significant amount so there was blood but not enough for them to be concerned or they would have never let us take our sweet boy home. And now from all these reviews might just have to get a lawyer involved.
Clinic is extremely clean, even before pandemic. Both the doctors and techs are all very kind and professional. When we had to put down our fur baby, they were very compassionate. Service during the pandemic continues to be wonderful. We could not be more pleased.
