I have taken my fur babies to SP pet hospital since 2012. The staff members are welcoming and responsive especially Gerry! The vet tech who gave us our discharge instructions and medications was very knowledgeable and caring- just wonderful. Most recently, I have had my dog under the care of Dr Sinha. She has been a delight to work with! She is thorough and spends lots of time answering my many questions. She prepared me for symptoms to look for during after hours that would necessitate a trip to an emergency vet. I really appreciated this. Over the weekend we unfortunately had to go to an emergency vet. I can’t tell you what a relief it was on Monday morning to speak with her. She returned our call first thing. Then made a plan. It was comforting knowing she knows me and my pets. She is intelligent, thorough and caring. Very thankful for SP Pet Hospital.
South Point Pet Hospital is a phenomenal vet practice with top-notch vets and an awesome, caring staff! We trust SPPH to care for the furry members of our family. Dr. Jenkins, especially, has over the years, seen us through good times and sad times.
THANK YOU for all that you do! You always make us feel like our pups are loved and cared for, and we know that you truly care about their well-being. Dr. Jenkins is always so helpful and kind, she asks about our dogs by name and remembers details about them that you wouldn't expect someone with so many patients to recall. We recommend SP to all of our friends and let them know that it is worth the trip from Charlotte for such a great experience!
South Point Pet hospital’s staff are very personable and efficient. Also, very accommodating. I showed up on the wrong day at the wrong time and they still took my cat without ever saying a word to me that a had made a mistake. I will continue to take all of my pets to Southpoint.
I'm very happy to have a vet I can trust. I'm a new client as of summer 2020, so I've never actually been inside due to covid. However, the vet came out to the parking lot to meet me when I brought my dog in over the summer, and again when I adopted a new dog and brought him in for his first check up. The vet techs are great as well but I appreciated the vet coming out herself. I got the feeling that she really cared and that she would actually remember my dogs next time, unlike some of the giant vet hospitals in Charlotte that I'm accustomed to.
