I will never place another online order with them again. Placed my order first thing that morning then called the store and was told items would be delivered by four o’clock. Called several times to make sure and guess what??? Still waiting for it to be delivered. Wasted almost 100$ on nothing!!!! Never again!!!

First time I ever visited the Burlington, NC location. I visit Burlington once a month or every other month and didn't realize that they had an Edible Arrangements. So I was super excited to try. The young lady Tiffani that waited on me was extremely nice and helpful. I told her exactly what I wanted, she fixed my box and even signed me up for the rewards program!nnI have tried 1-800-flowers and Shari's berries and never had good experiences with their fruit. Edible Arrangements is BY FAR the BEST quality I have ever tried. The chocolate is amazing and has the best flavor and the fruit was ripe and firm and not mushy! Excellent job! I will FOREVER be a customer and buy from every time I visit NC!nnOnly suggestion would be to have more than one person working. I had to wait about 20 min before I could get waited on because she was on the phone taking an order. Need at least 2 people working.
