All my pets have been going to Woodhaven for over 15 years. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff or the care for my animals. I trust them totally and recommend them highly. They go out of their way to give your pet the best options for care and explain everything along the way.
Dr. Emory is wonderful. So caring. My cat had a tumor in his ear and she referred me to a clinic that had a scope and laser to remove it. Another vet only referred me to a clinic that would do full blown surgery and would remove part of his ear. She has great contacts for specialists.
Excellent staff and Drs. Our 3 year old labradoodle is actually excited to visit! The steps they are taking to protect their staff and patient parents from COVID-19 are very well thought out. They are convenient to our home, but aren't the closest vet. They helped us to say goodbye to our 15 year old black lab with respect, compassion and love 10 years ago, and have been just as wonderful caring for our labradoodle from puppyhood.
This practice has treated our dogs and us with loving and expert care for the past 8 years. They are kind, competent and thorough. I am always pleased by the cost; the value they deliver is tremendous!
Staff is knowledgeable and polite. Response time is also quick. The office is beautiful and smells nice as well. With the current pandemic, car side is available. I love that they keep their patient number small so that they can focus on current patients and give quality care.
