Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I have taken my pups and dogs there. Always had as good as time as the situation presented. I had to put down one of my older dogs. Later got a sympathy card. To my wife, myself and family.
I recommend avoiding Dr Kentrell. This doctor refused to pull as many teeth as possible, as I requested, stating that she just refused. No good logical reason. My 14, almost 15 year old dog, has a heart problem and is on heart meds and I hoped to avoid ever having to put her under anesthesia ever again, and avoid her getting sick from rotten teeth when she has a heart problem. In fact, a vet previously suggested that stating the above reasons and explained that a dog can eat dry food and live a quality life with no teeth. Dr Kentrell is unreasonable and illogical, forcing her moral belief system on me, NOT a medical reason. I have had great experiences with other vets at this clinic, but this doctor has just made me and my dogs' life more difficult in the future forcing a choice between risking her life to pull bad teeth or letting her live in pain and get sick from bad teeth because she is too old to go under anesthesia. My guess is that the money brought in to the clinic is tied to getting people to come in for procedures. That is an unethical practice for a medical provider.
I've taken my dog to Banfield Pet Hospital four or five times with the visits costing between 300 and 400 dollars..... And that's with the discount because I'm paying 50 a month for the Wellness Package. Anyhow I'm sitting here listening to my dog breathe...... She has been congested and mucousy the entire time. No break from breathing difficulty. I realize it's because of her breed hit I feel like something should have made her better for the money spent. I don't mean to complain but the app wanted to know about my thoughts and here they are now. Thank you. Todd and Bella
Dr. Eshak and Dr. Neighbors are amazing! They really care for my Max and take the time to answer all my questions.
