We love Cascade Pet Hospital! They have the best doctors, vet techs, and support staff who really treat your pets like their own. We love how caring they are and patient with your questions and concerns. We've been with them for 4 years and recommend them to anyone looking for a vet office!

This was our first time at Cascade Pet since we moved up here from Ballard. We are thrilled to have found a vet that is nearby and we were very impressed with the care for our Malti-Poo. Thank you Cascade Pet!nnWe found ourselves needing Cascade Pet's help urgently again, and they got us in - just can't say enough about the care they give. Great to have such a responsible team able to provide excellent care - whether just routine services, or more urgent needs. Again, thank you Cascade Pet!

They are friendly and communicate with me to let me know what's going on at the initial appointment. My doctor, who is new to us, takes her time to explain my dog's condition and to talk about what kind of treatment is best. They are a well organized clinic

I've been taking my 13 year old schnoodle to Cascade for many years now, about 9 and I feel she's always been cared for with utmost care.The doctors are knowledgeable and thorough. The staff is constantly pleasant and helpful and they don't do unnecessary tests. This year with Covid they are so booked up and while having a health emergency with our dog, Julie( thank you so much!!:)) found an emergency hospital that was able to take our dog in after hours. I'm very appreciative for having a trustworthy place to care for my dog's health. I definitely recommend it.

ISABELLE AT THE FRONT DESK IS UNPROFESSIONAL & EXTREMELY RUDE. I would go elsewhere with your animals & your money. After making an appointment a week prior, when we arrived to drop off our animal, (with masks on for Covid protocol), we called before entering as the sign says on the door, & they put us on hold for 5 minutes & had us stand outside & wait rather than allow us to set our animals inside the door like we were instructed to do when we made the appointment. They now make us wait 10 minutes past our scheduled appointment & then decide to ask all of the same questions about the visit that we answered on the phone when making the appointment. Isabelle then came to the door & began to clap her hands in my face while telling me very rudely that it is procedure to wait in my car & to “get away from the door”. Unfortunately out of the 6 different signs they have posted on the windows & door, none of them state that you need to wait in your vehicle, only to “call before entering”. This procedure was not mentioned over the phone the 2 times we spoke with them either. This will be the last time our animals go to this veterinarian & I strongly suggest they find someone with some customer service skills that isn’t as rude as Isabelle.
