I love everything about this vets office. Not only does my dog get excellent medical care....I get excellent personal care. Dr Paulson and the staff listen to my concerns and understand my personal situation . I can tell they are commuted to what they're doing and are very caring. The prices are good and they don't try to up -sell services so I know I can trust their recommendations. I love shoreline central and give them a 5 star every time!
I always appreciate the genuine care for my cat that all the staff express and demonstrate. They were able to work him in when he was exhibiting distress and I really valued that. They also ensure I have all the options, including the lower cost ones, and what they are recommending and why. I recommend them highly.
We had an absolutely amazing experience on an otherwise terrible day. Our original appointment was for travel documents for our dog. Even though our airline cancelled last minute all the staff at shoreline were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They provided us with much needed relief. They are professional, communicative, accommodating.
Managing an animal rescue I have a consistent flow of new animals coming in, most in need of veterinary care upon arrival. The doctors and staff at Shoreline Central Animal Hospital have proven themselves to be professional, trustworthy and caring with an immense amount of knowledge. I trust them with the care of all my rescues and would trust them with the care of own pets. I highly recommend this animal hospital.
I am writing this review to make sure that Shoreline Central Animal Hospital is recognized for their tremendous care and professionalism. My cat had literally spent his 9 lives up until age 18, from getting hit by a car to fighting kidney failure. I had made many trips to Shoreline Central Animal Hospital over the last few months and every time was a great experience between all doctors and supporting staff. It was recently time for my cat to cross the rainbow bridge and Dr. Paulson was amazing to work with. He was very calm, reassuring and made sure that my boy was comfortable during his last moments. I cannot appreciate this clinic enough for their level of communication and compassion for animals. Thanks again.
