We just had our dog Lulu groomed at the Bowie Petco on Annapolis Road yesterday at 4pm and I’m so sorry to say that it is the worse haircut she has ever had. The groomer was just as sweet as she could be so I feel bad reporting this to you, but it’s the only way she will learn to better her skills. My husband picked Lulu up and paid $60 for the haircut and $10 for a tip (he always tips no matter what she looks like). We believe the groomer’s name was Taneshya. This was the first time we used your grooming services and unfortunately it will be the last.
The event was quick and my pup was not stressed at all. Everyone kept their social distancing and answered all of my questions.
