As a family member attempting to make arrangements for a loved one from out of state, I could not have asked for better service. I worked with John throughout the process of what could have been an excruciating time. However, John was compassionate, informative, personable and helpful. We worked via phone calls and emails and though we never met in person, I would highly recommend this funeral home.
