Central Carroll Animal Emergency

We cannot begin to thank the doctor's and staff at Central Carroll Animal Emergency Vet on Baltimore Boulevard Westminster. Last Tuesday, our 14 year old 150 lb Newfie, Zeus, suddenly became very sick, and was not able to walk or move on his own. We called Central Carroll Animal Emergency Vet and they told us they could take him and to call us when we arrived in the parking lot. They came to our vehicle, carefully placed him on a gurney and took him inside. We are so appreciative and grateful for the care, concern and love they showed him as they attempted to make him comfortable. Even when he struggled and passed, they told me they stayed with him so that he was not alone! Our beloved Zeus' passing was extremely difficult, but we cannot imagine having to go through it somewhere else.nThey are extremely professional, capable and caring. I would recommend them over and over again!

I am so thankful that such quality vet care was available for my cat on a Saturday, the day after Christmas, late at night. They took him right in so he did not have to sit scared in the car. Even though the process took some time, they stayed in touch by phone the whole time to discuss options and costs. They sent the records directly to my primary vet who had them by Monday morning to discuss with me. My kitty is doing fine and will have a follow up with my primary vet. Very smooth process all things considered. I would definitely recommend Central Carroll Animal Emergency to all.

Darcy was absolutely wonderful! She talked everything through with me and didn't push anything. I felt like I knew her forever. She genuinely cared about my dog. Grateful she was there that day!

The staff other than the vet were very kind. My dogs leg was hurt and he could not walk at home. When we brought him in he was very excited and acted okay. The vet said he was completely fine. I inquired about a possible X-ray and she tried to charge me $500. She scoffed and said nothings wrong with him. And my bill was over a hundred dollars.

My cat had an emergency open pyometra and needed spayed immediately. It was a Sunday in a snow storm and Monday was a holiday. I don't have extra money but they helped me get my kitty fixed and feeling better and helped me keep my bill as low as possible without withholding any medical attention she needed!! They were very understanding and caring!! Would definitely recommend!! I called many other places and they wanted to charge $2000-$6000!! But here they kept it under $900!! So greatful!! Staff was all SO nice and comforting!!
