And this is being generous. Ordered what was called a Lavender Dream Bouquet. What my Godmother got was more of a floral nightmare. There was nothing soft or delicate about the arrangement and not was it low profile. Getting a refund us just as difficult as a pretty arrangement. When you're the only florist in the area, you don't have to be competitive or original. Just throw some foliage in a vase and send it out for delivery. Waste of money.
We used Flowers by Evelyn for our wedding flowers, and we loved working with them! Evelyn made us feel like family.

If I could give them 100 stars, I would! I bought an expensive flower arrangement yesterday as a Valentine's Day gift for my girlfriend. It consisted of roses, carnations, white and pink wild flowers, and a pink lilly. This morning when we woke up, the wild flowers had begun to wilt and one of the carnations fell off completely. I brought the arrangement back to the shop and was greeted with a helpful attitude. The staff generously replaced not just the wilting and broken flowers, but all of them! They even gave me extra roses, carnations, and lillies. I am more than pleased with this business and will definitely be back. I highly recommend them to everyone!
