Agree, management is horrible. I called because I was missing a huge part of my order. I was kept on hold for 6 minutes. When they finally picked back up, I had to explain myself AGAIN. She said when the delivery driver got back, they would bring my missing items. Over two hours later and no one has shown up. I called back and had to explain myself for the 3rd time and all the guy can tell me is he doesn't know what's going on and the manger left. So I said well can you please call the driver or manger and find out what's going on. I shouldn't have had to ask him to do that. Useless people. Will not use this company again! Waste of time and money.nnUpdate, the rest of the order was NOT delivered yesterday. Called first thing this morning and had to explain for the 4th time. Guy could not give me a time when it would be delivered. Asked to speak to a manager and of course, manager wasn't in.

Great staff & very accommodating and helpful. The arrangement was beautiful and made fresh. I had no wait on my pickup order . It was ready , the lady in the front even helped me bring my arrangement to my car .

I placed an online order to be delivered on 1/29/2021 around 6:30am. I received a phone call around 10:30am to confirm my order and to ask me about a replacement item that they were currently out of. When I got home around 4:30pm my order had not been delivered. I called the store and was told the delivery driver was still out and hadn’t made it back to the store so the order was still in transit. My order was never delivered. I called the store the next morning at 9:30am I was put on hold for 20 minutes. I then hung up and called back several times - no answer.nI repeatedly called the store for days. On Tuesday 2/2/2021 I called from a different number, the call was answered almost immediately, my information was taken down and I was told a manager would call me back the next day. Fast forward to today 2/5/2021 still no call. Called the store multiple times today. Got online and called the corporate store and was placed with someone from technical support, they asked for my order confirmation number and I’m going to be refunded my money.nnThis is a terribly run store. I put details into my delivery order bc it was being delivered to an apartment complex. I know it can be confusing.nI just wanted someone to fix the problem.nI will never order from this store again.

I placed a order online to have delivered on 2/16/2021 and it was not delivered on this day. Didn't receive a phone call or email about it. Try calling on 2/17/2021 and they won't even answer the phone. This has to be the absolute worst service ever. The corporate office should shut down this location. This is the second time that I have had trouble like this from this location. Word of advice stay away and spend your hard earn money elsewhere.

They did a great job for us. Friendly service is always my main concern when rating someone. I see all of the bad reviews but I have to say that they did a fantastic job for us. My daughter called from NC to have an order sent on my birthday and she said they were great on the phone but what I really appreciated was the call I got to make sure I knew something cold was on my front porch. I had a sign up that read shhhhh please, baby sleeping so the delivery person called me and asked if I was home because she didn't want to wake the baby nor did she just want to leave it there without us knowing. ud83dudc4cud83dudc4dmy daughter and I are both pleased with the service we got from this place.
