Forget Me Not Florist

I ordered a bouquet of flowers and a balloon for my Grandmother's birthday. I wanted to use someone local instead of the flower company I was using because I like to support local businesses. She did not receive the balloon that I paid for at all. Also the flowers she received weren't anything like what I chose specifically for her. I spent almost $70.00 and she received a cheap bouquet that I could have purchased at Ingles. I was very disappointed. I attempted to call this company 5+ times and they did not answer. They also do not have a voicemail box set up. I sent several emails and did not get a response. I have requested a refund and they have not responded. I will not use them again.

Very helpful and got me exactly what I needed.

I called to see if they had boutonniere available and the woman answered the phone with a rude attitude. This is not a way to receive business in the future.
