I jumped in to help my uncle after the passing of my aunt. They had already signed up with Neptune so this part was easy but I had the normal questions and didn't want to bother my uncle with the details and questions. Not to worry, the staff at Neptune (Manuela) was very helpful in walking me thru the process. Their follow-up was prompt and precise. I would highly recommend this organization.
My father purchased a plan prior to his passing so I did not pick the service. I was pretty disappointed with the customer service and attention to detail. The director seemed more interested in protecting himself and his interests. I Will not recommend this service to anyone who is looking for anything more than a basic cremation for $2000.
Quick and simple. Manuela, my consultant was very caring and helpful. She was patient and explained things well and no upselling was involved. Very satisfied with there service.
I have utilized the Neptune Society three times in the past six years...my father in 2014, my husband in 2017, and my mother in 2020. The people at Neptune were ready that day & were very professional all the way thru the process.
