Denise answered my call and had an awful attitude. It gives the veterinary office a terrible reputation when their receptionist has poor customer service skills, especially when it’s as simple of a task as scheduling a rabies vaccination.nDr. Inniss, on the other hand, is wonderful! He listens to my concerns about my pets and is so thorough during the exam. I wish I could give him 5 stars separately.

Worst place to take your pet to, literally the worst people alive.

They did well, one person at a time because of cov19. All in all pretty quick.

I wish I did my research. I'm sure that many people have a fine experience with banfield, but if you have a large breed dog I suggest you take your business elsewhere. I have a Rottweiler and now he is terrified of the vet because of the way he was treated. Luckily we found a vet where he can see a licensed veterinarian with a subjective diagnostic opinion, as well empathy for my animal, and not just a student following a script.nnLet me add that Banfield can and will do things to your pet that you will be unaware of, it's in the contract that I naively signed. Unfortunately, I will still pay the rest of my agreement, however, I will not trust those people with a member of my family, and will never take my dog there again.

Tried the free first exam deal with new kitten. One week passed from the exam, and I found out he had fleas and ear mites from another veterinarian. Originally he was an outdoor/cat from the previous owner, but at my house, I kept him as only indoor. So during the first exam, they should have noticed fleas and ear mites as ever since he came to my house, he was strictly indoor. Mentioned how I found this out from another veterinarian, and their only response was “he didn’t have it when he was here”. How does an indoor cat magically get it after he just became a indoor cat? He got it beforehand, which should have been found at the first exam. I recommend Value Vet to anyone looking for a good vet and affordable prices. Banfield not only is overpriced, but they also don’t complete the first exam well. I can only talk from my experience, but this is the last time I would go to this location (lawrenceville-Suwannee) or just Banfield in general.
