This is the best experience I have ever had at an animal hospital. I have had my cat for 12 years and he has never been sick. The moment I noticed something off, I called around and Crestview was the only place that could get us in. We saw Dr. Decker and she basically saved my cats life. He had a UTI and she prescribed him antibiotics. She followed up and she found some stones which required surgery. She advised and educated us on what to expect with the surgery and how important it was to get done. I was very nervous but I felt very comfortable with Dr. Decker. She took really good care of my cat. She is very calm, gentle, and informative. She is very patient with us when we had a million questions. She answered all of our questions thoroughly. Also, the front staff was very quick to get us in every time and they are all really friendly as well. Each tech we encountered was great! If I had to say anything bad about this place, I wish they had an overnight option. I didn’t like that fact that my cat had to stay over night with no medical professional in case of an emergency. Nonetheless, we had a good experience throughout and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I would highly recommend this animal hospital and I highly recommend Dr. Decker.

Dr. McGruder and the entire staff are amazing! Our dog had to stay overnight for 4 nights and was well cared for and loved. Dr. McGruder never gave up on finding the illness and now our pup is back home and doing well. They truly are the best!

Please fill prescriptions when promised to do so... sadly this is not the first time this has happened. My family has been been a loyal customer for 15+ years...

Crestview may be the best Animal Hospital, but they are also the best place to take your pet for routine checkups and preventative visits as well. Full range of services, grooming, boarding and products.nGREAT STAFF AND DOCTORS and more affordable than most places too.
