Update: A representative from the Orange City location called to discuss the review below. She was extremely professional and kind. All it took was her taking the time to call, discuss, and make amends for the previous order to change my mind on how I feel about Edible Arrangements. The customer service provided after the order was phenomenal and I can assure you I will give this company another chance. Thank you very much for taking the time to discuss this matter and I look forward to bringing you my business!nnOrdering online was fast and easy. Problem is that the strawberries my fiancé received were already going bad and only a few were edible. It’s a shame that I paid close to $70 for the arrangement and it showed up predominantly inedible. I believe this was the second time I’ve ordered through EA but it may be my last. Good luck in the future if you choose to order through this company.

By far the most amazing service available for awesome tasty dipped fruits. I see the upset people here posting a negative experience but its mostly due the rocket scientist that order fruits to be delivered through a third party aka Fedex. The staff is helpful and will offer refunds even if the third party throws your food. Good job Orange City don't allow the internet babies to stop the great service. Ordering fruits to be delivered is like ordering soft serve Ice cream from Florida to New York then get upset it turns into a smoothie.

This was the first time I have ever been to this place and they did great work! I ordered on my lunch break and picked up after work on my way home. My wife really enjoyed the chocolate covered fruit for our anniversary.

I ordered an arrangement yesterday for my father’s 80th birthday. My daughter was telling me that it wouldn’t be delivered and then began joking that it would be a banana and an orange with stickers on them. At around 5 today I got a call from the store asking if I could delay until Sat. I said that it was for my Dads 80th and I’d really like it there today. I felt horrible but the girl was so sweet and told me that it wouldn’t be a problem at all. So tonight, Christmas Eve, somebody gave up time with their family to deliver my Dad’s gift. My sister texted around 8 to say that it had been delivered and was stunning. 2020 has been a horrible year. I ordered all my gifts over a month ago and still 2 gifts didn’t make it on time. This birthday gift that I totally forgot about (Don’t judge! I remembered his Christmas gift!) and only ordered yesterday, got there on time and is ready for my dad to find Christmas morning. I cannot day enough good things about this location. Please remember to shop local by giving them some business. I thank the people at the Orange City location all so much for helping me to give my Dad a special surprise to wake up to tomorrow!
